How do I find a service?

What is the “Get Offer” feature?
“Get Offer” allows you to submit a service request through the platform.
Relevant service providers may receive your request and, if interested and available, can contact you directly using the contact details you provide.
Especialisto does not negotiate the service, set the final price or take part in the agreement between you and the provider.
Do I need to register?
No. You can browse services and provider profiles without creating an account.
Some platform features, such as leaving reviews or managing your own account, require registration.

Does Especialisto charge clients a commission?
No.
Especialisto does not charge a commission on transactions between clients and service providers.
Any service price, payment method and other terms are agreed directly between the client and the provider.

How do I join as a service provider?
- Create an account.
- Complete your profile and add information about the services you provide.
- Publish your service advert.
- Clients can then discover your profile and contact you directly.
You can add information such as your services, location, languages, contact information, photos and other relevant details.
What contact details can I show?
Depending on the information you choose to provide, your profile or advert may include:
- Phone number
- Email address
- Social media links
- Website
- Service location
Remember that information displayed publicly on your profile can be seen by visitors to the platform.
What does it cost to join Especialisto?
Creating an account and publishing a standard service profile is currently free.
Especialisto does not take a commission from transactions between clients and service providers.
Optional paid features, such as additional visibility or premium promotion, may be introduced in the future. Any paid feature will be clearly presented before purchase.
How do customer requests work?
When a client submits a “Get Offer” request relevant to your service category, you may receive the request through the platform.
If you are interested, you can contact the client directly.
Especialisto does not negotiate prices, arrange the service or take a commission from the transaction.
Can I communicate directly with clients?

Direct communication between clients and service providers is one of the main principles of Especialisto.
